Gap Of Dunloe Traditional Boat Tours Terms & Conditions

Payment & Booking Confirmation

When you complete a booking with Gap of Dunloe Traditional Boat Tours, you will receive an email confirmation of your payment and tour reservation. Please ensure you have the relevant documentation or voucher to confirm your booking, as we reserve the right to refuse service without proof of purchase. All children must be accompanied by an adult, and child tickets cannot be issued independently. Tour reservations are subject to availability.

Cancellation Policy

  • Customer Cancellations:

    • Cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance will receive a full refund credited to the original payment method.

    • Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled tour will forfeit the full tour cost.

  • Cancellation by Gap of Dunloe Traditional Boat Tours:

    • In case of emergencies, adverse weather, road conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, we may cancel a tour. In such cases, a full refund will be provided with no additional liability.

Refund Policy Customers will receive a full refund if Gap of Dunloe Traditional Boat Tours cancels a tour. Other refund requests are at our sole discretion.

Tour Departure & Schedule Departure times, locations, and dates are subject to change. To avoid any inconvenience, customers should confirm their reservation and pickup details (if applicable) at least one day before the scheduled tour.

Delays & Unforeseen Circumstances We provide estimated journey times in good faith. However, delays due to traffic congestion, vehicle breakdowns, or other uncontrollable events may occur. In such cases, Gap of Dunloe Traditional Boat Tours is not responsible for any losses or inconveniences experienced by customers.

Tour Route & Vehicles We reserve the right to alter tour routes or substitute vehicles (including those from partner operators) as necessary to ensure smooth operations.

Passenger Property & Luggage

  • Due to safety regulations, all vehicles have luggage restrictions. The driver will determine what can be safely transported.

  • Large or bulky items may not be accommodated, and customers should notify us in advance for special requirements.

  • Gap of Dunloe Traditional Boat Tours is not responsible for lost or stolen belongings.

Passenger Conduct For the safety of all passengers, our team may remove individuals whose behavior jeopardizes the well-being of others or the security of the vehicle.

Customer Complaints If you have any concerns during your tour, please report them immediately to your guide or driver. If your issue is unresolved, submit a written complaint within 14 days of your tour date.
